Josh and team started working on my vehicle at the promised time and had me wrapped up promptly. I needed a custom job that involved dropping the gas tank and tapping the auxiliary port for a parking heater. Gabriel (mechanic) was very knowledgable, thorough, precise and meticulous. The quickest, most trusted car repair service in town! My car stopped in the middle of the road at 7 Am. I reached out to JP Auto and they recommended the cheapest tow option because my insurance didn’t have roadside assistance. Once I took my car there, he immediately started working on it. It was the battery. I was out of the shop before lunch time. Service was so fast, Josh was very helpful and friendly. My battery was out of warranty by month but he called the company and have them still accept it under warranty. Best example of customer care!! Payment was online and super easy, user friendly! I recently had my vehicle repaired here and I was extremely impressed with the service I received. Josh, who is the owner, took time to explain and educate me on the needed repairs and gave me different options as well. I really appreciated how he provided frequent updates on my vehicle. Josh helped find us a used vehicle and was very patient as we were looking for a specific type. Over a few weeks time Josh contacted us with several different options.  We purchased a vehicle he found at auction. Josh went the extra mile and thoroughly went over the vehicle and made repairs where needed.  I have found Josh to be very honest, upfront, professional and has the highest level of integrity.  He is there during and after the purchase. I bought Josh’s 04 Jeep Grand Cherokee for my son who needed a second car down in Kerrville. Josh is awesome.  Extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is in working order and that I was completely satisfied that it was ready to go. Josh is an Honest and very good Mechanic. He keeps you informed along the way and works with you to get you back on the road.
